Telangana police question BRS leaders over AI-generated land dispute images
Telangana police questioned two BRS political leaders for nine hours after they allegedly posted AI-generated images of a dead deer on social media to comment on a land dispute. One leader said he shared the images students provided to counter a government official's claim that no deer existed on the disputed land.

Gachibowli police questioned BRS leaders Manne Krishank and Konatham Dileep for around nine hours on April 10, 2025, in connection with alleged AI-generated images posted on social media related to the Kancha Gachibowli land dispute.
The images reportedly showed a dead deer, implying that wild animals had died during a clearing operation on 400 acres of land. Krishank stated he posted the images after a chief minister claimed there were no deer on the land, and that students had shared the images with him.
